Pick one item to paint (bowl or plate or mug)-we must order these items ahead of time. Family members can join us and pay $5. per project. Mentors and Mentees will be given one free project
If you would like to do more than one project the cost

Projects will be picked up from the Store only.
“Paint a Dream” Day #2 on Thurs.- Dec. 1, 2011 from 5 pm to 9 pm with Char at the AV Mall in Palmdale. You may arrive at 4 pm, just let them know you are with United We Mentor and they will let you begin early. United We Mentor Holiday Party on Thursday Dec 8, 2011 at the Trend Wellness Home (43057 39th St. West, Lancaster, CA 93536) From 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
You may donate Holiday Decorations, if you are cleaning out your garages. Please bring one dozen holiday treats to share.
We will have music, hot chocolate, soup, treats and decorate the Trend Wellness Home. The Theme is a “Holiday Wish” and the colors are red, white, and blue.
Holiday Home Tour (Admission is free for UWM participants)-Get into Holiday Cheer by touring all the Wellness Homes. You can vote for your favorite home.

Returns at 5:00 pm approx.
Bus is for Mentors and Mentees, if there is room, family members may ride the bus. The trip has been paid for by: Lancaster West Rotary Club. We will all sign a big thank you card for their generous donations for this field trip, backpacks and school supplies.
Mentees (students) Please bring a healthy sack lunch, water bottle, spending money, warm jacket, camera and good walking shoes.

Varden Ranch-We had so much fun last time we went!!!! It is so beautiful up there you won't want to miss this opportunity to be outside in nature. We will meet at the Leona Valley Elementary School parking lot in Leona Valley (9063 Leona Ave--off Lake Elizabeth Rd. and 90th St. West) and car pool up the hill, the bus is not available.
UWM will be providing lunch for you.
Please wear good walking shoes (closed toed), long pants and bring a warm jacket. You should also wear sunblock and a hat. There will be a hike for those who are able to make it up the hill. Please RSVP Char 886-3403.
